Nice to have that heads up, especially while I was working regardless. Also, I'd like to see the installers have a badge, a company shirt and vehicle, and to introduce themselves by name. It just comes off as more professional, as opposed to a plain-clothed person with an unmarked vehicle and no ID arriving at the door.
