Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scott DeWitt is the absolute 100% reason for my review being 5 stars instead of 3. He was a great installer, timely, respectful, genuine, and did the job right. Everything else unrelated to his work wasn’t all that impressive. Thanks Scott for the top tier work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a glass block window put in my basement crawl space. They did a great job and they were quick and efficient. Would have them out anytime.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We discovered this company while visiting relatives in Ohio. Since our initial contact to replace two sets of French Doors, the entire process has been exceptional, simple, and the products are of the highest quality (while not the priciest in the market!) No hesitation to recommend this company to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Keith came out to review and quote our project. He was timely and informative. Then Thomas came out to install the windows - he was early (AWESOME), polite, completed the task quickly, and cleaned up after himself. We are happy with our windows too - they look great. We'll definitely work with this team again on our future window projects.

What is a blower door test? -Blower door tests are preformed by professional energy auditors to determine a home’s tightness.

According to The U.S. Department of Energy, establishing proper building tightness can do all of the following:

Reduce energy consumption due to air leakage
Stop moisture condensation problems
Prevent uncomfortable drafts caused by air leaking in from outside
Determine how much mechanical ventilation might be needed to provide acceptable indoor air quality

WMGB Home Improvement can provide you with local professional energy experts! Our professionals can pinpoint efficiency improvements with our blower door testing.

How they work- A powerful fan attaches to the frame of the buildings exterior door. The fan pulls air out of the building, lowering the air pressure inside. The higher air pressure outside then flows in through all of the cracks and openings throughout the home. Our experts at WMGB can then detect air leaks, determining the air infiltration rate of the home!
