After a recommendation from my daughter, I called and booked with WMGB. Because of their pricing special I replaced all my basement windows. The fellows who did the work were polite, friendly, hardworking. Anytime I contacted the office, the staff was also good to work with. Much of it was done through pictures and ipad before I had arrived, given our phone discusssion of the desired work. Price was relatively good, so I went forward with the job. Job turned out as expected. Work was efficient and no hang-ups along the way. The only thing is, I had an entire day window for the job, which was fine, but I would have appreciated a call when I was next, or someone was on the way. Nice to have that heads up, especially while I was working regardless. Also, I'd like to see the installers have a badge, a company shirt and vehicle, and to introduce themselves by name. It just comes off as more professional, as opposed to a plain-clothed person with an unmarked vehicle and no ID arriving at the door.
