Home Energy Audit
This is a full assessment to analyze the energy flows to save energy in your home. A home energy audit done by professionals will give you the most thorough evaluation of your household energy use. Home energy audits will identify the proper energy-efficiency measures that you can do to improve your home’s energy-efficiency.
What will we do?
WMGB Home Improvement will seal up the house and do a lot of air movement measurements checking for leaks and drafts. This is usually called a blower door test.
How much will it cost?
Right now at WMGB Home Improvement, our home energy audits are 50% off our normal price; for $225.00, the process can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. We’ll let you know exactly what needs to be done to ensure your home is as energy-efficient as possible. If you decide to let us do the work for you, we’ll credit that $225.00 back toward any of that work. As a bonus, you’ll be paying less in energy bills.

Energy Assessment
An energy assessment is free! However, it is less thorough; a Free healthy home assessment is more of a walk through. Of course we’ll have a BPI certified auditor do that walk through, so you will receive an educated estimate of where your home’s energy is in need of a boost, and an idea of what we can do to improve it.
