Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scott DeWitt is the absolute 100% reason for my review being 5 stars instead of 3. He was a great installer, timely, respectful, genuine, and did the job right. Everything else unrelated to his work wasn’t all that impressive. Thanks Scott for the top tier work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We discovered this company while visiting relatives in Ohio. Since our initial contact to replace two sets of French Doors, the entire process has been exceptional, simple, and the products are of the highest quality (while not the priciest in the market!) No hesitation to recommend this company to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Keith came out to review and quote our project. He was timely and informative. Then Thomas came out to install the windows - he was early (AWESOME), polite, completed the task quickly, and cleaned up after himself. We are happy with our windows too - they look great. We'll definitely work with this team again on our future window projects.

Glass block windows will make an excellent addition to your basement because they can provide some much needed natural light while still maintaining high privacy. In addition, our glass block windows come in a wide variety of styles and textures, so you can get creative with your basement window design. WMGB Home Improvement talks about three great reasons glass block windows are perfect for basements:

Improved Natural Light and Privacy

Thanks to the unique construction and design of the glass blocks, they are able to provide plenty of natural light while still obscuring the view. Adding natural light to your basement is one of the best ways to make that space feel more open and pleasant to spend time in. Since glass block windows don’t require any window treatments or other maintenance, that’s one less thing for you to have to think about. You can simply add them to your basement and enjoy the sunlight they provide.

Increased Energy Efficiency

If you plan on turning your basement into another living space, then you need to focus on improving its energy efficiency. Fortunately, many glass block windows meet ENERGY STAR® guidelines because they are airtight and are just as efficient as thermal pane windows. For greater energy efficiency, there are also glass block windows that use low-emissivity glass coatings. These coatings reduce the amount of heat that can travel through the window.

Wide Range of Designs

Adding a glass block window to your basement can make it look more appealing. Compared with ordinary windows, glass block windows come in a variety of textures and patterns. Our uniquely shaped glass block windows can add some personality to your remodeled basement. WMGB Home Improvement is a glass block expert. During our initial meetings, we will help you design a glass block window that can make your basement more beautiful.
